Returns and refunds

The product is sold sealed. A return is possible only if the product is intact, complete, unopened and not tampered with, in its original packaging.

• Returns or refunds are not accepted if the product has been opened, pierced, damaged, or if the seal or packaging has been tampered with.
• If the product is shipped sealed and returned in the conditions above, the standard platform return policy applies.

Shipping and packaging

The sealed product is packed carefully, with suitable protection for shipping.

If the order also includes items fulfilled directly by Pokemania, you may receive two separate shipments: one from the supplier and one from Pokemania. This is normal.
